On Saturday, we headed out to Kitengela Glass Blowing again, this time with three of the new folks on campus. We all really enjoyed the weather, which was was perfect, along with the company and the food. So many beautiful pieces! One of the ladies we took out there said, "This is what I imagine Southern California is like." Maybe that's why we're so comfortable out there?
Everytime that we go out there, we love seeing all of the creative and inspiring art that they have, starting with the roadside sculptures as you get close. Claire and Ainsley excitedly pointed all of them out to our friends as we drove, including the boss's house with a cool lookout on top and the car planted engine-down in the ground.
