I was today years old when I gathered the nerve to make homemade meatballs for my family. Maybe that's weird to you? Do you have any foods that intimidate you? In my life I've made many complicated and difficult recipes, but meatballs always seemed... too much? Don't laugh, but I also have this feeling about jello... I'm *never* up for making that! Thanks to @candiedscone for the cookbook recommendation, I'm loving everything about it so far-including the courage to make meatballs!
