Here we go... This is on day 4 of the new school year. Check in with your people. Please. We are trying to be brave. We are trying to be positive. We are trying to send our kids back to school with the hope and excitement that it deserves. We support schools and teachers. We are also struggling. We are also very unsure about what this year will hold. We are also disappointed that people cannot come together for the sake of our kids who are not yet able to be vaccinated. We are also angry when our precious neighbor who is battling cancer cannot get a bed in the hospital for the care she needs because it is FULL of Covid cases of people who refuse to get vaccinated. This is a lot to carry.
